This March, NCR Brazil won the São Paulo Diversity Badge, granted by the São Paulo Secretariat for Diversity, for the efforts put into promoting and living IDEAS - Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, Allyship, and Storytelling - in the workplace.

​Our team attended the ceremony at Palácio dos Bandeirantes, the São Paulo Government Palace, to receive the badge directly from Sao Paulo State Governor, João Doria.

"Inspired by our NCR shared values and some great global initiatives, NCR Brazil has been relentlessly working on becoming an even more diverse, inclusive, and equitable place to work, where everyone can succeed. This Diversity Badge is a result of both leadership and team engagement. We live our values every day while conducting business, interacting with each other, our customers, partners, and our communities. It is an "entry-level badge," but we'll definitely work to get the advanced one and to set an example for other companies to follow," proudly said Marcelo Zuccas, Country Manager, NCR Brazil.

The São Paolo Diversity Badge Program was created in 2007 not only to recognize the companies committed to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion but to share their experience and good practice to raise awareness and contribute to the gradual changes in the mentality.
