Timothy (Tim) C. Oliver is the President and Chief Executive Officer of NCR Atleos, a position he has held since October 16, 2023. Before joining Atleos, Mr. Oliver served as Chief Financial Officer for NCR Voyix from July 13, 2020, to October 16, 2023. In this role, he oversaw all aspects of financial stewardship, compliance, and balance sheet management. He actively engaged with the investor community and collaborated closely with business units to drive customer success and profitability.

Prior to his tenure at NCR Voyix, Mr. Oliver held the position of President and Chief Financial Officer at Spring Window Fashions, LLC, a consumer goods company, from 2019 to July 2020. During his time there, he focused on aligning business portfolio and growth initiatives with strategic financial goals.

From 2011 to 2019, Mr. Oliver served as Chief Financial Officer of the Goldstein Group Inc. (GGI), a privately held conglomerate, and concurrently as President and Chief Financial Officer of its subsidiary, Alter Trading Corporation (Alter). His leadership during this period included strategic financial oversight and operational management, contributing to the company's growth and success.

Before his roles at GGI and Alter, Mr. Oliver held senior executive positions at several prominent companies. He was Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of MEMC Electronic Materials, Inc. (now SunEdison, Inc.) from 2009 to 2011. Prior to that, he served as Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Metavante Technologies, Inc. from 2007 to 2009, and Vice President and Treasurer of Rockwell Automation, Inc. from 2005 to 2007. Earlier in his career, Mr. Oliver was Vice President for Investor Relations and Financial Planning at Raytheon Company.

Mr. Oliver brings a wealth of experience in financial leadership and strategic management to his role at Atleos, where he became a director on October 16, 2023. His extensive background spans across various industries, contributing to his comprehensive understanding of business dynamics and financial strategies.
