Banking: Helpful resources for the extended tax deadline
The IRS recently announced it would offer tax relief to consumers and businesses by extending tax filing deadlines to help offset the impact of the coronavirus pandemic. The federal filing deadline has been extended from April 15 to July 15, 2020 for all taxpayers. The federal tax payment deadline and 2020 first quarter estimated tax deadline have also been extended to July 15, 2020.
