NCR Atleos launched in October 2023 and is the company that is focused on bank transformation and ATM-specific technologies. NCR Atleos has been manufacturing ATMs and partnering with banks to provide this technology for as long as it has been around. NCR Atleos also partners with retailers. NCR Atleos has a very strong presence, in about 140 countries. NCR Atleos touches about 800,000 ATMs globally.

NCR Atleos is a critical part of the financial self-service infrastructure for most banks around the world. NCR Atleos has 20,000 employees that help us do that every day out there in the field and inside the boardroom with banks, talking about their retail distribution and self-service strategies. NCR Atleos has one focus on the ATM business, and drives investments into this one business, and engages with customers on the one thing that we are great at.

NCR Atleos is unique as an ATM company in that it is the only ATM company that owns and operates its own ATM network, comprised of about 80,000 total devices. NCR also designs, writes software and does everything related to ATM technology, so NCR Atleos is an end-to-end company in that it provides the in-branch and drive-up ATM infrastructure that consumers are used to using at banks. We also own and operate all of the ATM machines consumers see in a CVS, Walgreens or Target.

NCR Atleos does that to help banks expand financial access. Banks are looking to reduce their branch footprint and even within their branch transform the nature of the branch, for example moving to a café or concierge style branch. Many of them have no tellers in them anymore. So the self-service devices in the drive-up or in the lobby become incredibly important to them because they really become the only cash access point and the only 24/7 access point they have.
