NCR was awarded the HR Excellence Award in Leading Transformational Change/Culture by Atlanta Business Chronicle in partnership with the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) – Atlanta.

This award honors a company or organization that has completed a successful people-focused business transformation program and has operated under the new model for at least 12 months. In 2021, the global HR team initiated a people strategy to cultivate a more inclusive culture that supports NCR’s business strategy transformation while making NCR a great place to work.
